about Parkour for beginners
Designed to safely introduce and teach the foundations of Parkour. Our coaches are trained in Social Emotional Learning which means they are not only Parkour experts, but they also know how to empower students.
inclusive by design
We offer safe, progression-based learning to meet each student with the challenges they need regardless of age, body type, or fitness level. Kids as young as 6 years old will be able to follow the instructions and parents are encouraged to join in the fun!
accessible and affordable
We believe in equal access to physical education. That’s why our online program is affordably priced and mobile-friendly, so it’s easier than ever to get moving and build your skills.
Physical education goes virtual
Every lesson covers a set of foundational Parkour movements and has been designed to be self-guided, engaging, participatory, challenging, and FUN!
whole self development
Our program directly supports social and emotional learning (SEL) and the development of executive functions. As part of each lesson, we incorporate pillars of SEL to guide our participants to better their self awareness, self control, social awareness, and responsible decision making.
Move and Play together
Not only will our online program help you build strength, skills and mobility, you can have fun doing it as a family! We offer challenges, games, and lessons so you will never get stuck wondering what to do at a playground with your kid again.
play that never gets old
Our digital program is constantly improving. We update our programs regularly based on client feedback and new things we’ve learned and discovered. You’ll always have access to the most updated version and never have to pay extra.
