Our parkour after-school program runs in seasonal sessions - between 10 and 13 weeks depending on the season. If you need to cancel your child's registration, please contact us in writing via email at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the upcoming session. A full refund minus a $50 admin fee will be provided.

For cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the start of a session, a 50% refund will be issued. Once a session has begun, no refunds will be provided for missed classes.

We do allow makeups - if your child needs to miss a class, we will offer a makeup token that can be redeemed for any other class during that session.

If the program needs to be cancelled on our end before a session starts, you will receive a full refund.

Full Day & Half Day Camp Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your child's registration, please contact us in writing via email at least 2 days prior to the start of the upcoming session. A full refund minus a $50 admin fee will be provided.

Once a session has begun, no refunds will be provided for missed camp days.

At registration, a down payment of $450 is required. You have the opportunity to significantly lower the overall cost if you share the registration link provided by 6crickets with your friends. The remaining amount (which depends on how many of your friends used your registration link to join our camps) is due either end of May or end of June.

In case you need to cancel your camp registration, you can move to one of our other summer camps provided there is space available up to 2 weeks prior to the camp start date of the one you're enrolled in. If we have a waitlist and find a replacement (or you find a replacement), we are happy to send you a refund minus an administration fee of $50 per child and per camp until June 1st (e.g if you have two kids registered for two camps, the admin fee will be $100).  << Afterward, no refunds will be given >>  On June 1st, all staff is hired and getting trained, our rosters are made, the correct insurance is in place our equipment is ready and we are in full gear to make sure our campers have the best possible experience. We do not have the capacity to find replacements for campers that cancel after June 1. 

If there are any medical reasons why your child cannot start or has to discontinue our program, please contact us, and a credit for a future program or a refund minus attended days and an administration fee of $50 will be given. Every decision will be made on a case-by-case basis. If COVID-19 restrictions prevent in-person classes from running, we will move to virtual. 

In the event of poor air quality (AQI above 150), all our campers have two options:

1. Join our award-winning virtual camp with movement, arts and crafts and social and emotional development components

2. Join our indoor location (to be announced in case of bad air quality)



If neither of those options works for you, we can offer a credit for a future Kong Academy program. In case of bad air quality, we will communicate all the details with our families via email and the WhatsApp group we set up to make communication between Kong Academy and our families easier.

We are absolutely committed to fulfilling our contracts. However, sometimes the weather can shut down schools, close roads, or make running a class unsafe. Therefore we reserve the right to cancel a class under such conditions. In order to provide the value of the purchased classes that may miss days, especially in the winter season, we hold makeup events that will be announced shortly after the date(s) of the day(s) missed. We do not refund classes that are canceled due to weather.
